Product Development 2.0, promises to connect customer, organization and product into endless cycle of Innovation and reduce the surprises associated with new product.
While PD2.0 is still gaining attention of companies, there are still various steps to be completed before PD2.0 become a reality. The business issue would include how to protect new release from competitors, delivering on new BETA release and how to accept power of institution to power of network.
Business issue aside, technical issue would include Common platform for development, testing and code sharing.. Building framework for collaboration and version control. Defining feature list for a BETA release, ensuring proper testing before putting it into production process and above all, Satisfying the QA team and end user that BETA release of product is fit for use..
