Offshore Outsourcing Checklist
Outsourcing, whether offshore, near shore or intra-company has its own sweet and sour process. The checklist provided can be used as basic sheet for introspection into outsourcing process. The checklist puts questions which are of paramount importance in an outsourcing engagement. Organizations can fill the attached sheet and in the process would know, some of the areas to work on. This post is further to my earlier post on Offshore Outsourcing checklist, where I listed some steps which should be followed while outsourcing, to ensure that outsourcing engagement doesn’t end in bad taste.
